The SiOO:X products were designed to have low environmental impact - Designed by Nature - and our EPDs are a measure of this. They are founded on Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) from material extraction, through manufacturing to end of life disposal. 

Making sector comparisons with other wood coating products indicates that the SiOO:X products have lower GWP impact. With climate change now impacting our lives in so many adverse ways, making assessments of potential environmental impacts is becoming a necessity in building design and in selecting and specifying materials.
